If you haven’t updated WordPress lately you will want to update to the latest version 3.6.1. This release is a maintenance and security update to WordPress 3.6 which was released August 1st.

Can you believe that there were nearly 7 million downloads of WordPress 3.6? That is a lot!

If you aren’t using WordPress, you may want to re-think your website options. We made the switch from HTML sites to WordPress about 4 years ago and we have professional looking websites with dynamic content that are ranked well in the search engines.

Why You Want More Than One Website…

Posted on 03 February 2012 by Linda Joseph

Does your business need a website?

In my experience,99% of the businesses I have worked with need a website!

However, the type of website they need may be very different.  I have learned to analyze a business to determine what type of website would be best for them.

Some businesses need more than one website. I have several websites for my business.  I have a blog, a membership site, a sales site and an optin page for my Internet Tutor business.

If you are here, you are wanting to get started online and you need a website.

Here is where most of my students get stuck!  They never get past this point and spend years trying to learn HTML and build their own site.

Is that YOU?5 websites for one business

If you don’t have your website up, then take a class and get your business online!

You will quickly discover that you want more than
just one website to run and promote your business.

For One Business you could have 5 different websites:
1 – Opt in Site
2 – Sales Letter Site
3 – Main Site with a Blog
4 – Affiliate Site
5 – Membership Site

Well my colleague, Christina Hills (The WordPress Expert) teaches
non-techie people how to build their websites without a webmaster.

Watch her short 5 min video now and let her show you why…

Instead of paying out a small 5-figure sum to a webmaster for all this
(and then and waiting days, weeks or months even), you can do this yourself
in matter of a few hours when you know how.

Watch this video today…

Helping you define your roadmap for success,

P.S. You’ll also get another mini video and a mindmap PDF download
when you optIn here:

NOTE: Full disclosure – I will receive a commission of your buy Christina’s class through my link.

Website without HTML Free Teleseminar and PDF

Posted on 31 January 2012 by Linda Joseph

If you missed the teleseminar last week, don’t worry! You can still listen for free! There is a free PDF as well.

Here are a few of the topics that were covered:
Wordpress Class - easy website design

Just a sample from the free pdf:

Part 1:
Before we talk about “Pages” vs. “Posts”,
Let’s Look at the Outside and Inside of WordPress

WordPress Class No HTML needed

Understanding the dashboard is the first step in leaning how to use WordPress.  In the dashboard you can add posts to your blog; new pages and countless other tasks.

One of the things I love most about WordPress is the ease of setting up a professional looking website in just minutes!  That’s right… I can have a professional looking site up and running in just a few minutes.

I usually spend another hour customizing the theme and plugins. But that’s it.. Now I can focus on SEO and content and backlinks.

If you don’t have a website then I strongly recommend that you learn about WordPress.

You can buy the video series I sell. They are good if you are technical and need just a little instruction.  But if you are not technical and want to be able to get some ‘hand-holding’, take a look at Christina’s class.
